Your commitment of time, treasure, or both will help make connections and create interest and understanding between the University, Minnesota, and Greater China. We invite you to participate in ways that best fit your own talents, interests, and schedule such as planning events, mailing letters, identifying potential members, offering hospitality for special guests and visitors, or through financial support.
China Center Friends offers two levels of participation through an annual
contribution as Building Bridges Friends or Contributing Friends. All gifts
are fully tax-deductible and will be acknowledged by the University of Minnesota
Foundation and recognized as part of your overall giving to the University.

All China Center Friends will receive the China Center News, the annual report, invitations to engage with visitors and delegations through public events, and opportunities to volunteer their time and talent. In addition, Contributing Friends will have the opportunity to provide hospitality for Chinese students, scholars, and visitors and will be invited to private receptions and meetings with VIP visitors and delegations.
